The location is central! with good connections to all parts of the city, I found it quiet. The hotel was clean and quite high tech. I appreciated the friendly environment.
The accommodations were small. The relationship between space and rate is not aligned.

the studio had a movable bed and kitchenette it was a great feature. the open area included free tea and coffee plus a kitchen for use. i could leave luggage after checkout using the online salto key it was available until 6pm.
housekeeping entered my room at 9am while i was changing it was like they wanted me to leave soon.

Accessing the hotel was simple with the online check-in. The room itself had modern interior design and handy appliances. The common area on the top floor featured a nice layout and free coffee (I loved the free coffee!).

the communal area was comfortable and had loads of facilities. the room was a clever use of space and had everything i needed.
i received the digital key after i checked in online. however, my guest application did not mention which room i was staying in. it took a lot of time to call and eventually get the room number so i could drop off my bags. the whole process was long and inconvenient. i also had trouble finding the parking even after entering the provided address. it was not the right address. it took another lengthy call to get the correct information.

The check-in was suppose to be smooth, but it was a hot mess. I couldn't find my room number anywhere after doing the online thing, so there was much fun spent calling customer service. Once I did return later that night, the provided parking address led to nowhere. More calls ensued before finally discovering the actual, secret parking spot, it was so tiring.

Charming Stay Near the City Center

The hotel is a short walk to the train station, which I found very convenient.. The reception allowed early check-in, a very welcome surprise after a long flight. The room had a kitchenette equipped with pots and utensils. The 9th-floor common area offered free coffee and tea. It also features working spaces and a pool table.
